If you download the latest version of BRAINS:

git clone git at github.com:BRAINSia/BRAINSStandAlone.git
mkdir BSA-build
cd BSA-build
ccmake ../BRAINSStandAlone
make

...
Then there a is a program called BRAINSTransformConvert that you can use:

BRAINSTransformConvert --inputTransform myVersorParameters.mat  --outputTransformType DisplacementField --displacementVolume MyVectorField.nrrd   --referenceVolume myReferenceVolume.nii.gz

...
This tool will be incorporated with the Slicer package later this summer.

Hans

Subject: [Insight-users] Build vector field from rigid transformation parameters

Hello,

I want to build a corresponding vector field from transformation parameters of a rigid registration. Since they are of different type, I have difficulties. Is there any filter for doing this?

Thank you.
