[Insight-users] How to custom a kernel for morphography with itk

Hi all,
Currently, I want to remove a patient table from 3D image.
I'm trying to do a morphography with a 2D image with a kernel in order to
remove some lines.

Please give me some suggestion for removing a patient table from 3D images.
By the way, do you know how to use a customized kernel for morphography in
itk.
