Hi
I think SVD is already in ITK using VNL . You can find in vnl_svd.h and use
it in itk

Subject: [Insight-users] ITK implementation of SVD (singular value
decomposition) - learning curve
Hi.
I am trying to integrate SVD (singular value decomposition) into a C++
application. I am a newbie to ITK, dont even have ITK installed. Can someone
please tell what will be more effecient? : coding SVD from scratch myself vs
taking time to learn how to do SVD using ITK?
I am unable to decide for myself since I do not know the learning curve for
ITK, especially for operations like SVD.
Thanks and Regards,
Pratik
