[Insight-users] About using of a 3D thinning algorithm

Dear all :

I want to use a method about Implementation of a 3D thinning algorithm on "
http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/181", and I download
ITKbinaryThinningImageFilter3D.zip file. Inside it, there are several
files, such as "itkBinaryThinningImageFilter3D.h",
"itkBinaryThinningImageFilter3D.txx", "CMakeLists.txt", etc. I know I need
to copy them into the folder of "InsightToolkit-3.20.0" and use CMake again
to get new sources, but I do not know where should I copy these files into
the folder of "InsightToolkit-3.20.0". Doea anyone have any ideas about
this problem ?
