[Insight-users] can we apply transformation on circular region of interest in ITK

Hi,

  Is there a way to apply itk::BSplineDeformableTransform  on circular
regions ?

  I am currently using BSplineDeformableTransform as the
transformation matrix. I couldn't find a way of setting a circular
region of interest in BSplineDeformableTransform.

 So after placing the grid points, I need the transformation to be
applied on a circular region around the grid point.
