Yes but not the Graph Cut application. This doesn't compile with the compiler integrated in the developer tools from OS.

Did you add that flag?  ITK does not require being built as C++11.

You still didn't answer my question though: Why are you trying to use a custom compiler?  Why not use the compiler that comes from the OS vendor (ie Xcode)?  ITK is known to build with those compilers.
