[Insight-users] How to apply an affine transform to an label map?

Hello,

Is there any way to affine transform a label map directly. Or at least to
apply the transform, when generating a binary image from it.
I can only see the way to get the image from the label map first and then
using the ResampleImageFilter to get the transformed version.

Any suggestions are welcome.
