[Insight-users] Rigidity constraint in 3d non rigid registration

Hi,
I am requesting for you guys advice on the implementation of any rigidity
constraint in 3d non rigid registration (any algoritms) or specifically in
thin plate spline 3d registration. Actually, I am implementing image
registration using MATLAB but there is no reply when I am asking this in
MATLAB community.

Could anyone kindly suggests on how to perform this?
