[Insight-users] Difficulty installing ITK

I don't have MSVC installed because I am attempting to compile it in
MinGW.  Also, there were no errors in the Cmake configuration.  For the
most part, the default parameters are in use.  Why would MSVC errors be
occurring in this case?
