Hi Nancy,
You can use vtkContourFilter to generate an isosurface of your skeletoned
vessel. Then you can get the 3D output.

Thank you for you reply.
U answer very usefully for me .
now ,i use this series of 2d binary image stored to a 3D dcm image. And by
this itkBinaryThinningImageFilter3D,i can see the skeleton,but the output
is not like a 3D model, we only can see every level's skeleton. i use ImageJ
to open the output images,as follows: and so on....
i want this images can look likes a 3D ,for example look like the author's
vessel skeleton,
