[Insight-users] dicom mosaic images

Dear all,

I am trying to read DWI mosaic images, and in order to use the itk:: DiffusionTensor3DReconstructionImageFilter, I need to convert my mosaic dwi images in a vector image. I tried to do it by hand, but I do not get the right image after the filter. Is there any filter that works with mosaic images?
What do you recommend me to convert mosaic dwi images into some kind of images valid for this filter?
