[Insight-users] Modifying Mattes MI to provide a Normalized MI

Hello T. 
I verified the class
itkNormalizedMutualInformationHistogramImageToImageMetric, but this is the
same code that I was using in the first place. 
This class calculates the NMI but it is really slow. I want to modify the
Mattes code to see if I can get the results of the NMI faster.
