[Insight-users] using cmake GUI to set up a VTK project

I made two attempts:

One, is using their disk which is distributed with the Book I bought (the
Visualization Toolkit and User guide).  I did the natural thing and
inserted the disk into my disk drive and from there the installation was
smooth.

Second, on another computer, I went through
http://vtk.org/VTK/resources/software.html website .  They do mention it,
perhaps I should have paid more attention.
