[Insight-users] Running CT Medical Image example - beginner question

I was finally able to compile the VTK so I can use it with Microsoft Visual
C++.

Now, I am trying to run the 3D Medical Imaging example (Medical1.cxx,
Medical2.cxx, Medical3.cxx) but I keep getting a cmake error: "CMake Error
at CMakeLists.txt:32 (INCLUDE):

include could not find load file:  vtkTestingObjectFactory"


Does anyone know what this means?  This is the first example I try to run
after my initial installation so it is possible I made an error in my
environment setup.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
