[Insight-users] help on ITK3.20 on Ubutntu12.04

Brad;

The enclosed you please find compiling errors I encountered when building
ITK3.20 on Ubuntu 12.04. make file is generated using cmake 2.8, and
Ubuntu12.04 was upgraded from ubuntu10.04.

I very appreciate your kind help.
