[Insight-users] How install new version GDCM 2.2.0 on latest version ITK 4.2.0?

Hi!Please explain how to install new version GDCM 2.2.0 on latest version
ITK 4.2.0. I must use ITK_USE_SYSTEM_GDCM. And its specification it isn't
in CMakeList.txt in ITK 4.2.0. Any ideas? But it is not work. Many thaks.
