[Insight-users] How install new version GDCM 2.2.0 on latest version ITK 4.2.0?

Toggle ITK_USE_SYSTEM_GDCM to ON, configure again and then GDCM_DIR is 
created. If you're lucky cmake detects your gdcm installation and 
creates a value for the variable otherwise you have to edit it manually.
