[Insight-users] OrientedImage.h not available

Hello,

I downloaded the latest version of ITK , InsightToolkit-4.2.0 and I tried to
program the reconstruction of a 3D profile from a series of dicom according
to the following example, DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2.cxx. But I got an error
that the class OrientedImage.h doesn't exist. Is there any solution for
that?
