Hi Greg,

To compile these tests, you should turn on BUILD_TESTING.
It will also enable all tests in ITK...

If you want to compile only these tests, you would need to copy all this 
source code into your own project, and create a simple CMakeLists.txt 
which would generate one executable per tests. You might also to modify 
the signature of each test...
