[Insight-users] Update method missing in python wrapping

Thanks! that makes sense. I had a similar problem when using POINTER
instead of POINTER_W_SUPERCLASS.

I saw a POINTER_W_2_SUPERCLASSES macro, but not sure if a
POINTER_W_5_SUPERCLASSES was available.

I'll give it a try.
