[Insight-users] VS10 project without CMake

Hello,

I want to use itk for a big project. I don't want to build the project with
CMake, i have to link the libraries and includes manually in a
setEvnVariables.bat file.
Does anyone know how to do this? Witch paths should i indicate?

i'm on windows x64, visual 10 x64, using itk 4.3.1.
