[Insight-users] BlockMatchingImageFilter with different distance metrics

Hi,

What would be the best way to approach running the BlockMatchingImageFilter
with different similarity metrics such as mean square difference or mutual
information ?


Should the ThreadedGenerateData method be overwritten in a derived class or
should the BlockMatchingImageFilter be templated on the metric ?
