[Insight-users] How to draw in a DICOM file with ITK VTK

I am trying to read a DICOM series with ITK and VTK with a view QVTKWidget
(Qt), I want to know is there a method in ITK VTK that allows me to draw
points on a DICOM image and these points are connected in a line, for
example, and I do this for all DICOM series, then I apply a filter or a
method (I really do not know) that builds a 3D object from the drawings
that exist on each file DICOM.
