[Insight-users] DICOM 3D segmentation

Dear ALL

I am working for DICOM 3D segmentation.
I met some problems like reader type (unsigned char or float) and how to
choose seed point and so on.
I tried many times but still no result. Who can help put on one example code
and CT DICOM slices.

I appreciate it a lot for any tips.
