[Insight-users] Segmentation fault using SurfaceCurvature with ITK+ANTS

I tried to use the SurfaceCurvature under LINUX but got the segmentation
fault as follows:

[root at localhost surface]# ./SurfaceCurvature 0846.nii 0846out.nii 3 6
 sigma 3
Segmentation fault

What's does that mean?

How to do with that?
