[Insight-users] Stopping registrations

The MultiResolutionImageRegistrationMethod has a flag that can be set to 
stop registration when it finishes the level it is working on. This 
works fine but it can take a bit of time (this may be why the user wants 
to stop it) so I wonder if there is a better way to stop the 
registration right away.
