[Insight-users] Explanation of v4

[Tim Allman]

I have to admit that I remain a bit puzzled as to what v4 means. The 
current version of ITK is 4.4.something  but not everything is "v4". Is 
there somewhere that describes what v4 means and what belongs to it?
