[Insight-users] Regularity term for FastMarching method

Hi Samaneh,

No, unfortunately Fast Marching does not have a regularity term -- it is
only the speed image that controls how the front expands. If you are
concerned with the front leaking into small structures for example, you
could apply morphological operations to the speed image to remove those
structures. Otherwise you will need to use a full blown level set
formulation.
