[Insight-users] running ITK image IO with DCMTK

Hi all,

I got frustrated with GDCM so I switched over to DCMTK by turning on the flag in ITK configuration.

I got everything built but the program is not writing anything to output directory. I wonder if I did anything incorrect. Please take a look at my attached file if you are interested.

Basically I just changed the IO in this ITK example.
