[Insight-users] registration using Mutual Information

Hi Luis,

After saving both images into a MetaImage file, I thought I had to set the
raw files as the input instead of the mhd files. So, I set both mhd file as
input and the code seems working. I fix the maximum number of iteration to
10 to reduce the time processing. At the end, I got strange result as you
can see in the right picture???

On release mode, the program pop-up a window saying:
*Unhandled exception at 0x77bde4e4 (ntdll.dll) in TomoRegistration.exe:
0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x0000000000000024*
