[Insight-users] newbie help pybuffer wrapitk and itk vtk glue

hi all

I  successfully compiled and installed itk and wrakpitk on my linux (Ubuntu
12.04) machine now i am trying to add pybuffer and the itkvtk glue. I do not
understand the proceeding from this point on. I am new to building and
compiling. 

Could someone tell me how to continue ?
