[Insight-users] insert a blank slice into stack

Hi,

I am trying to add a blank slice to a existing stack. Here is what I plan
to do:

create blank 2d image;
split the stack into 2 substacks (with slice number to insert as
breakpoint) using extractimagefilter;
tile the substacks and the blank image.

Is there a easier way to do this?
