[Insight-users] NLM RFI: Potential sources for ITK Help Desk and Information Technology Services

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) is seeking market research on potential sources, and best practice  information for ITK Help Desk and Information Technology Services.  At this time, this is a Request for Information (RFI).  It is neither a Request for Proposals (RFP) nor a Request for Quotes (RFQ). 

As the existing award will soon be completed, NLM seeks information on interested and prospective firms in preparation for a fair and open competition for an award for software maintenance and support for ITK.
