[Insight-users] Help with Writing Own GPU enabled filter/ Linker Error

Oh, i forgot to tell, that this linker error only occurs, when I insert the
ITKMacros in my code.
itkNewMacro(TestFilter); 
itkTypeMacro(TestFilter, GPUImageToImageFilter);

Ive also tried to derive childs from other existing filters classes, like
GPUMeanFilter or GPUDiscreteGaussionFilter.
Whenever I insert those Macros, there is always that linker error.
