Dear Rabeb,
you could start by reading the following guidelines in kitware's wiki:
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Configuring_and_Building
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Configuring_and_Building/VisualStudio

Once CMake has created you solution (*.sln), you just open it with Visual
Studio and build it.

It shouldn't be difficult at all.
