[Insight-users] problems with ITK + FLTK integration

I'm Jeison, I write from Universidad Tecnologica (Pereira-Colombia).
Nowadays I work as a novice research in software development tools for
MRI-SPECT image processing.
I have had some troubles with ITK and FLTK integration.
Although, compilation of InsightApplications (4.2) would help me a lot in
understanding how CMakeLists.txt should be set for this porpouse; I have
had not succed.  In otherhand, I have tried to follow instructions in
GettingStartedIV.pdf about ITK and user interface integration, but it's not
clear how to follow Step 6 and 7.

I would really appreciate your help.
