[Insight-users] Upper/lower bounds in itkNormalizedMutualInformationHistogramImageToImageMetric

Dear ITK community,
I'm using itkNormalizedMutualInformationHistogramImageToImageMetric to 
compute the mutual information between two images (passing an identity 
transformation).
I'm would like to set the upper/lower bounds, could anyone suggest me the properly way to set them in ITK3 and ITK4?
