[Insight-users] Slice to volume registration using ITK

Hello!

  I'm trying to implement slice to volume 2D-3D registration (for example,
2D Ultrasound image to MRI volume registration) using ITK. I've been
reading old threads of this list, but I couldn't find any good suggestion
or example. Do you know if it is possible? In that case, does anybody know
where can I find an example?
