[Insight-users] crtbeginT.o error in building ITK 4.4

Hi all.

While building ITK 4.4.0, I face the following error which i am unable to
overcome :-

[ 78%] Built target ITKIOTransformBaseHeaderTest1
[ 78%] Built target ITKIOTransformBase-all
[ 78%] Built target H5detect
[ 78%] Built target H5make_libsettings
Linking C shared library ../../../../../../lib/libitkhdf5-4.4.so
/usr/bin/ld: error: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.7/crtbeginT.o: requires
dynamic R_X86_64_32 reloc against '__TMC_END__' which may overflow at
runtime; recompile with -fPIC
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

To resolve this error I tried to set CXX Flags as -fPIC but to no use. I am
not able to overcome it. Kindly help me out.  I am using ubuntu 13.04
