[Insight-users] [ANNOUNCE] ITK 4.4.0 has been released!

Check that it is a minc2 file, rather than minc1. ITK, if I remember
correctly, only supports minc2, but minc1 is still widely used. Under unix
the "file" command should report a netcdf file for minc1 and a hdf5 file
for minc2. The minc tools have conversion options between the formats.
