[Insight-users] CMake: "No modules enabled!"

I am trying to build ITK 4.4.0 on kubuntu 13.04.  After configuring the build with "CodeBlocks - Unix Makefiles" using default native compilers CMake 2.8.10.2 gives the following warning...
CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:559 (message):
No modules enabled!

...even though "ITK_BUILD_ALL_MODULES" is enabled.  What am I doing wrong?
