[Insight-users] Error Building ITK4.4.0 (ITKVtkGlue)

Hi,

I believe there are issues with 4.4.0 and SCIFIO on Windows.  You may
need to turn Fetch_SCIFIO OFF and remove the directory
Modules/Remote/SCIFIO in the source tree.

Also, when setting VTK_DIR, make the variable is set in the CMake
configuration for ITK instead of the system environmental variable.
