[Insight-users] cannot open file itkdouble-conversion-4.4.lib

I tried to test the example for ITK+VTK from the guide ppt. The build
process failed with the error information as follow


LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file
'...ITK\ITKb\lib\Debug\itkdouble-conversion-4.4.lib'

The compiler using is VS 2010 and the version of ITK and VTK are the latest.

How to fix this error?
