[Insight-users] build dynamic libs in InsightApplications-4.4.0.zip

hello,
      I want to build the insightapp in a dynamic way, but the lib comes
out libExample_ITKFilterLib.a, I know that is static lib. There is no
BUILD_SHARED_LIBS
