[Insight-users] ExtractImageFilter for vector field

Hello,

This error message indicates that the "ExtractionRegion" is not correctly set.

What are you setting it to?

Likely this relates to the expected specification of this parameters and the number of zeroed size value. More information can be read in the doxygen:

http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1ExtractImageFilter.html

Since you are not changing dimensions you should have no zeros size dimensions. So this line:

size[plane] = 0; 

should likely be:

  size[plane] = 1;
