[Insight-users] Fast marching level set image filter run time error

Hi,

 I have been attempting to use the fast marching level set image filter
available on itk to try and segment brain Nifti images (2D and 3D). However,
I keep getting a run time error (exception object caught) which says that
the discriminant of the quadratic equation is negative. Coupld anyone please
tell me how to correct for this error?
