[Insight-users] Apply Cropping function on a series DICOM

Hi,
take a look on how to read a dicom series and save again as a dicom series
in this example http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/DICOM/ResampleDICOM .
Btw, using ITK 4.3.1 I found I didn't need to apply the shiftscale filter.
Pay attention to the dimension of the images, this time you will need to
apply the roi filter to a 3 d image , and change start and size parameters
accordingly.
