[Insight-users] Fuzzy c-means

As the post say the source code works and compiles sucessfully on ITK 3.2
and 4.0. It has been tested on several platforms without any errors, so
check your enviornment. If you need to work with a release version of ITK
you can modified the source code easily. Feel free to ask me for help.
