[Insight-users] qvtkwidgetplugin .lib

Hello, i want to use qvtwidget in qt designer.
But i could not find qvtkwidgetplugin .lib in  $(VTK Path)/bin/Debug or  $(VTK Path)/bin/Release.
Could anyone tell me what's wrong with it?
