[Insight-users] What is best registration for making template data???

Dear All,

 

I am making a template data from dataset Brain MR images. To do it, I must
adjust all images in the dataset using demons algorithm, that is available
in ITK, or HAMMER algorithm. I know that Demons is better than Hammer. But I
think two algorithms are very old. I want to use a new registration method.
Do you know what best registration for making template data?
